brazils is operated and managed by the same people who founded it. The ownership of brazils has built the entire organization from the ground up. That is unique among the major franchisors. The leadership of brazils knows what works and what does not work. There’s no experimenting with untested business practices that worked in other industries but don’t work in our industry.
Edward is the principal founder of brazils and has managed all aspects of its operations since inception. Edward began his career as a regional sales manager for Motorola where he became the second youngest regional manager in Motorola history. In 1991, Edward founded Saber Communications which was sold to an affiliate of Nextel for $50 million in 1995. Edward was the founder of Changes, a healthcare company based in Tulsa, OK. He holds a degree in Marketing from Georgia State University.
Eric joined brazils in September 2014 and has almost 30 years of investment banking and corporate financial experience. Eric has worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Chemical Bank’s Investment Banking Group, and Brenner Securities. In 1994, Eric assisted Edward in raising $38.7 million to finance 28 acquisitions, thereby making Saber Communications the sixth largest company in the specialized mobile radio industry. Eric received a B.A. degree from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Becky is a co-founder of brazils and is responsible for maintaining all company accounting systems as well as all books and records. Becky also acts as manager of all purchasing and payables. Prior to co-founding brazils in 2011, Becky performed similar functions at Changes. Becky is a graduate of Augusta Tech.

From site selection consulting to design assistance, the brazils team will be with you every step of the way. Our team can help you find just the right spot and work to optimize the space so you get a great value for your investment. The best location is not always the one that is the most expensive.
Opening day should not signify that your team is the best it will ever be. We think pre-opening training is critical but ongoing training is crucial. Before your doors open, your team will have experienced a week with us at the corporate training center AND a week with us at your location. We also remain for a week AFTER opening to continue to work on the rough edges. At three months and at nine months after opening, we provide follow up training to be certain your team continues to provide best-in-class service value.
Our operating systems include an operation manual, online booking software (and app), and a POS system guidebook. We even supply an in-room tablet with custom software to enable communication and efficiency between the Wax Specialists and the front desk. All training materials are housed on your password-protected online training portal so your team can train at times that are most convenient for you.
Prior to opening our first location, we were so underwhelmed with the quality of waxing related products that we manufactured our own. Now you can rest assured the products you use on your clients are the finest made with hundreds of thousands of treatments to their credit.
